The IRS requires businesses and employers, with at least fifty (50) full-time equivalent (FTE) employees to file necessary materials, required in accordance with the Affordable Cares Act (ACA).
ACA Deadlines for 2021
- January 31, 2021: 1095 forms to be delivered to all employees
- February 28, 2021: Paper filing need to be submitted to the IRS (those with 250 employees or more must complete filing electronically)
- March 31, 2021: Electronic filing with the IRS
